Use of the Precious Moments Name or Logo...

Precious Moments does not allow any individual or organization the use of our logo. Our name and logo are registered trademarks known worldwide and we do everything in our power to protect the integrity of our brand. Individuals or groups seeking permission to use the name or logo for newsletters, flyers, brochures, yearbooks or fundraising events will be denied permission. Use of Precious Moments Clipart for Signatures (tags) on Your Personal Emails...
Precious Moments does permit the use of the approved clipart images found on our web site for your personal, non-commercial emails only. You can use the clipart to sign your emails or post them on your personal web site page. Keep in mind that the images cannot be altered in any manner, including changing colors, modifying the figures or combining clipart images. Clipart that is not provided on our web site is not authorized for use by Precious Moments.

Nursery or Daycare Centers...
Precious Moments does not allow the duplication of our images for use with or associated with any Nursery or Daycare facilities, in any format.  Nor will Precious Moments grant use of the Precious Moments trade name and trademark as a part of any individual business name.  Requests of this nature will not be approved.  Any use, including the modification, copying, display or use of any copyright-protected Precious Moments or other logo, graphic, photo or image, without the prior written permission of Precious Moments, Inc. is strictly prohibited and will be enforced to the full extent of the law.

Invitations...
Precious Moments does not permit duplication of our images for hand-made invitations. We currently have numerous licensees throughout the world that provide invitations at retail. If you prefer to print your own invitations, we have licensees that provide laser compatible stationery with our most popular images. If you are having difficulty locating a specific product, please contact us.

Other...
Any other requests to use the Precious Moments artwork must be directed to our Legal Department. You can send an email to our Legal Department by selecting Licensing from the drop-down menu on our Contact Us page. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and the writer will typically be notified within one week.
