PURCHASES– When you place an order, you give us your name, address, phone number or e-mail address plus credit card information. If you create a Shopping Account with us, so that you may place orders more conveniently, you authorize us to store your name and shipping address(es), and optionally, credit card and billing information.

CATALOG REQUESTS– We need your name and address in order to mail you a catalog. We also require a phone or e-mail contact, in case the address is wrong.

ONLINE SERVICES– Several of our optional services involve storing personal information–Your Account and Wishlists. This is for your convenience only. The information is not used for any other purpose.

We Safeguard Your Financial Information

Your Transactions are Secure
When you've finished shopping and begin the checkout process, you will move into the secure area of our site. A warning window may pop up to notify you that you are entering this "safe" area. Once you've entered, the page address (URL) will change from http to https, to let you know you are in a secure area. Also, a key or a closed lock will appear in the lower left or right hand corner of your screen to notify you of this change. You will remain in this secure zone for the entire checkout process.

For the reasons set forth below, PMI does not accept, review or consider, nor does PMI knowingly accept, review or consider, any Unsolicited Submission(s).  PMI must request that you do not send any Unsolicited Submission(s), as it is our company policy to delete, destroy or return any and all Unsolicited Submission(s) immediately and automatically without reviewing them, whether sent to us by mail, electronic transmission, personal delivery or otherwise, by you or any other person or entity.

Therefore, any similarity between any Unsolicited Submission(s) and any elements in any PMI creative work including without limitation any artwork, film, television series, commercial, pod cast, environmental installation, branded content, story, title or concept, would be purely coincidental.

If despite our request that you not send us any Unsolicited Submission(s), Unsolicited Submission(s) are sent to us by mail, electronic transmission, personal delivery or otherwise, by you or any other person or entity, such Unsolicited Submission(s) shall be deemed, and shall remain, the property of Precious Moments, Inc. None of the unsolicited submissions shall be subject to any obligation of confidentiality on the part of Precious Moments, Inc. and Precious Moments, Inc. shall not be liable or owe any compensation for any use or disclosure of the unsolicited submissions.
