Refund policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY, www.PreciousMoments.com

Effective March 6, 2026

Our Warranty Policy extends to all PRECIOUS MOMENTS® and NE’QWA ART® branded merchandise purchased through Precious Moments Mail Order Division, including PreciousMoments.com, and orders placed via phone or via email to Precious Moments Company, Inc. Customer Care Specialists.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Non-Conforming Merchandise. Customers in receipt of merchandise that is damaged, defective, or fails to conform to the product description at the time of sale may, within thirty (30) days of purchase (extended to sixty (60) days for International Shipments), initiate a return through our Automated Return Portal.

  • Resolution: Upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise, and at your choice, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price, send a replacement item, or provide a digital store credit.
  • Requirements: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) generated by the portal must accompany the product along with all original packaging.

2. Dissatisfied or Not-As-Expected. Customers dissatisfied with their purchase for other reasons may, within thirty (30) days of purchase, utilize the Return Portal to receive instructions for returning eligible items.

  • Refunds will be issued for the purchase price, less original shipping and handling fees, provided the item is returned with the original receipt and all original packaging and inserts.

3. Share Love Rewards Program. All Points earned on returned or refunded purchases are automatically deducted from the Customer’s Share Love Rewards Account upon completion of the return. Deducted points are not eligible for future redemption. Please review the full Share Love Rewards Program Policy for details.

4. Ineligible Product. Due to their unique nature, personalized items and "Customizable Figurines" are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product is received damaged, defective, or contains a Company-verified personalization error.

5. Customer-Initiated Returns and Exchanges. Customers can initiate the Return and/or Exchange process for eligible PRECIOUS MOMENTS® and NE’QWA ART® branded merchandise by logging into their Shopping Account and visiting the Return Portal.

  • Once a request is submitted, you will receive an immediate digital confirmation and a printable return label.
  • Manual confirmation via phone is no longer required for portal submissions.

6. Policy Scope and Exclusions. This policy applies exclusively to merchandise purchased directly through Precious Moments Mail Order Division (PreciousMoments.com).

  • Third-Party Sales: Items purchased through authorized retail stores or marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) must follow the return policies of those specific resellers.
  • Unauthorized Resellers: Purchases from unauthorized third-party resellers void all return and exchange privileges.
