Yes! Precious Moments enthusiasts from around the world are eligible to earn and redeem Share Love Rewards.
With 5 ways to earn Points, you’re well on your way to savings! Each Qualifying Action also extends the expiration date of all your Points, so you can maximize your savings.

Follow the steps below to begin your order and redeem eligible Rewards from the Rewards Dashboard.
1) Log in to your Shopping Account; add items to your cart.
2) Click “Balance” button on the lower-left of the screen to access your Share Love Rewards Account.
3) Click “My Rewards” tab to view eligible Rewards and redeem Points for eligible Rewards. Reward tiers that are locked (unearned) are greyed out.
4) Choose Reward level. Click “Confirm” to claim your Rewards Gift Certificate.
5) Copy the unique digital gift certificate code from the confirmation screen or the confirmation email sent to the email address on your Shopping Account. Return to your cart.
6) Choose “Add Gift Certificate”. Paste the unique digital gift certificate code, click “Apply”.

8. I forgot or lost my unique Gift Certificate code. Do I need to repeat the process of redeeming Points?
Once the Reward is confirmed, points are deducted from your Share Love Rewards account balance. Each unique digital gift certificate code is saved and viewable from the “History” tab of the Rewards Dashboard and within the confirmation email sent to the email address on your Shopping Account.
CLICK: From your Rewards Dashboard, click “History” to see your Points earning and redemption history and to see the unique digital gift certificate code for each Reward redeemed.
EMAIL: Check the confirmation email for the unique digital gift certificate code for each Reward redeemed.
9. I did not complete my transaction on PreciousMoments.com. Can I still use my unique gift certificate code?
Points are deducted from your Share Love Rewards Account balance as soon as redemption of the Reward tier is “confirmed”. Each unique gift certificate code can only be used one time.
10. Can I redeem Points for all items available on PreciousMoments.com?
Points are eligible for redemption on most merchandise and services available on PreciousMoments.com. Points cannot be redeemed for taxes, customs/import duties, shipping/handling or similar processing charges, cash, credit, or PreciousMoments.com digital gift certificates.
Share Love Rewards Points expire one year from the date of issuance. From your Rewards Dashboard, click “Check Points Expiry” to see the expiration date of your Points. The Points expiration date can be reset by completing a Qualifying Action.

12. How do I check my Points balance?
Click “Balance” button on the lower-left of the screen to access your Rewards Dashboard and view your available Points balance.
Does the Rewards button say “Join Share Love Rewards”, but you already have a Share Love Rewards Account? Log in to your Shopping Account to view your Points balance.
13. Can I earn or redeem Points without a PreciousMoments.com Shopping Account?
Points can only be earned and redeemed with a valid PreciousMoments.com Shopping Account. Click here to create a PreciousMoments.com Shopping Account, then click the “Join Share Love Rewards” button on the lower left corner of the website.

14. Do I earn Points on taxes or shipping fees?
Points are earned on the shopping cart subtotal on PreciousMoments.com. Points are not earned on taxes, customs/import duties, shipping/handling or similar processing charges.
15. Can I transfer Points to my friend’s account?
While Points cannot be transferred between PreciousMoments.com Shopping Accounts, you can still Share The Gift Of Love (and Points!)
Simply redeem Points for eligible Rewards and share the unique digital gift certificate code with your friend for your friend to apply to their PreciousMoments.com order.
16. How long does it take for Points to post to my account?
Points earned from shopping on PreciousMoments.com are posted to the account within 48 hours of completing the transaction.
Points earned from shares are posted to the account within 48 hours of your friend clicking on the shared link.
Points earned from referrals are posted to the account within 48 hours of your friend using the referral code and completing their first purchase on PreciousMoments.com.
17. How do I fix an error with my Points balance?

18. What happens to the points earned on items that are returned?
Points earned on purchases will be deducted from your Share Love Rewards account balance upon return of the item.
19. Can Points be redeemed in combination with coupon codes, catalog source codes, or other discounts, or promotions?
Points are redeemed in the form of a unique digital gift certificate code and can be combined with other coupons, discounts, and promotions. Multiple unique digital gift certificate codes can be applied to a single transaction, but only one coupon code or source code can be applied per transaction.
20. Can I earn and redeem Points in the same transaction?
Any amount spent on PreciousMoments.com on qualifying products after Points are redeemed will earn Points. Points are not earned on taxes, customs/import duties, shipping/handling or similar processing charges.
21. Can I earn Points on an order placed through the Precious Moments Chapel Gift Shoppe?
Share Love Rewards is only available to customers with a PreciousMoments.com Shopping Account. Orders placed through the Precious Moments Mail Order Catalog, Precious Moments Chapel Gift Shoppe in Carthage, Missouri, and other retailers are not eligible to earn or redeem Points.

22. How are Points calculated?
Points earned through shopping on PreciousMoments.com are calculated on the subtotal purchase amount in whole dollars, rounded to the nearest dollar.
For example, if your subtotal before taxes and shipping is $64.37, you will earn 64 Points. A subtotal amount of $64.58 earns 65 Points.
23. How do I earn Points from sharing products or referrals?
When you Share The Gift Of Love with friends and family, you can now earn valuable Points for discounts towards future PreciousMoments.com purchases.
CLICK: From your Rewards Dashboard, click “Earn Points” to see unlocked opportunities to earn Points.
SHARE: Click “Share On Twitter” or “Share On Facebook” from the Rewards Dashboard. Click the social media icon in the center of the screen to receive a unique link that you can copy and paste into your social media feed or send via email.
Earn 10 Points for each Share on social media when your friend clicks on the unique link.
REFERRALS: Click “Refer A Friend” from the Rewards Dashboard. Copy and paste the unique link into your social media feed or email.
Earn 500 Points for each Referral when your friend makes their first purchase on PreciousMoments.com using their unique Referral link.
24. I clicked Unsubscribe from a Share Love Rewards email. Why am I still receiving Precious Moments emails?
You are free to opt out of receiving email updates related to Share Love Rewards. From the Profile tab on the Reward Dashboard, choose “Cancel Membership” option. To unsubscribe from all Precious Moments emails, click the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of a recent email.
25. How do I receive email communications about Share Love Rewards?
We do not want you to miss any news, offers, or announcements about Share Love Rewards and your PreciousMoments.com Shopping Account. If you selected “Cancel Membership” from the Profile tab on the Rewards Dashboard, click “Opt In” to receive email updates related to Share Loves Rewards (including account balance and expiration notifications, Offers/Bonus opportunities, redemption confirmations, and Referral messages).
Make sure to add “Direct@PreciousMoments.com” and “Rewards@PreciousMoments.com” to your address book to ensure your updates are delivered to your inbox.
