Preciousmoments.com ships UPS ground to all US states. Average shipping time is 5-7 days depending on your shipping location. Your state may require tax to be applied to shipping and handling charges. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, please provide a physical address. Orders for in-stock items typically ship 2-3 business days from the day the order is placed. Please take this into consideration when selecting express options
