Warranty Policy
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY, www.PreciousMoments.com
Effective March 6, 2026
Our Warranty Policy extends to all PRECIOUS MOMENTS® and NE’QWA ART® branded merchandise purchased through Precious Moments Mail Order Division, including PreciousMoments.com, and orders placed via phone or via email to Precious Moments Company, Inc. Customer Care Specialists.
1. Statutory Rights and Commercial Guarantee This Warranty Policy is a voluntary commercial guarantee provided by Precious Moments Company, Inc. It does not affect, limit, or replace your statutory rights under applicable national or state consumer protection laws, including the 2026 Consumer Rights Directives for international orders.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Non-Conforming Merchandise. Customers in receipt of merchandise that is damaged, defective, or fails to conform to the product description at the time of sale may, within thirty (30) days of purchase, notify our Customer Care Specialists to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Resolution Options: At the Company's discretion and in alignment with 2027 Sustainability Goals, we may offer: (i) a full refund of the purchase price; (ii) a replacement item.
- Documentation: An RMA must accompany the product along with all original packaging.
3. Dissatisfied or Not-As-Expected. Customers dissatisfied with their purchase for reasons other than a defect may, within thirty (30) days of purchase, contact our Customer Care Specialists for return instructions. Items must be returned with the original purchase receipt and all original packaging and inserts for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling.
4. Share Love Rewards Program. All Points earned on returned or refunded purchases are deducted from the Customer’s Share Love Rewards Account upon completion of the transaction. Returned Points are not eligible for Reward redemption. Please review the full Share Love Rewards Program Policy for details.
5. Ineligible Product. Due to their unique nature, personalized items and "Customizable Figurines" are not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged, defective, or with a personalization error made by the Company.
6. Customer-Initiated Returns and Exchanges. Eligible returns can be initiated by logging into your Shopping Account and following the instructions on the "Orders and Returns" tab. To ensure immediate processing under 2026 "Click-to-Return" standards, customers are encouraged to use the automated portal, though manual confirmation via Customer Care remains available during business hours
7. Limited Product Warranty & Exclusions. This Warranty Policy applies exclusively to PRECIOUS MOMENTS® and NE’QWA ART® branded merchandise purchased directly through Precious Moments Mail Order Division (PreciousMoments.com).
- Authorized Resellers: Warranty claims for items purchased through authorized retail stores or third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Google Shopping, Walmart, etc.) must be directed to that specific reseller.
- Unauthorized Resellers: Purchases from unauthorized third-party resellers void all voluntary warranty protections
