Price Match Policy FAQs
What do I need to have to request a Price Match?
When you call to request a Price Match, our Customer Service Representatives will need:
- The item number (or title) of the product
- The website address / URL advertising a lower price
- The lower advertised price
- A valid email address
I found a lower advertised price, am I guaranteed a Price Match?
We cannot guarantee a Price Match. We have the final decision for matching an online price. We will try our best to verify and match our competitor’s price; however, some items may not be eligible for Price Match for reasons beyond our control.
How do I contact Precious Moments to Price Match?
When you find a Precious Moments item at a lower advertised price call our Customer Service Representatives toll-free 800-445-2220 during normal business hours: Monday – Saturday 7:00 am – 8:00 pm (CT), Sunday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (CT).
Can I ask for a Price Match online?
At this time we can only process a Price Match by phone with our Customer Service Representatives. Please call toll-free 800-445-2220 during normal business hours: Monday – Saturday 7:00 am – 8:00 pm (CT), Sunday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (CT).
Are there any blackout dates?
We are unable to Price Match outside of normal business hours (Monday – Saturday 7:00 am – 8:00 pm CT; Sunday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm CT). We are unable to Price Match on Thanksgiving though Cyber Monday. We are unable to Price Match on Christmas Day.
Which items will Precious Moments Price Match?
We will Price Match identical, individual, new, in-stock Precious Moments items, including figurines and gift items.
We will Price Match items created and/or sold under our partner brands, including The Disney Showcase Collection, Ne’Qwa Art, Pipka Art & Tradition, Care Bears, and Stephanie Corfee Artworks.
At this time we are unable to Price Match items created and/or sold our authorized licensees, including The Bradford Exchange/Hamilton Collection, Tommy Nelson/Thomas Nelson, Aurora Gift, Mon Cheri Baby, The Doll Maker, Precious Thots, Kiu Hung, HNJ and Calendar Holdings.
Items must be new, boxed, in-stock with Precious Moments and the competitor and available for immediate purchase.
The competitor’s item is “temporarily out-of-stock”. Can I still request a Price Match?
We will only Price Match items currently in-stock by both the competitor and Precious Moments, subject to verification.
Are there purchase limits on Price Match items?
We reserve the right to limit quantities of Price Match items, per customer, per day. Price Match is limited to one (1) item per customer, per day, limited to a single transaction.
Can I request a Price Match to an online ad, weekly flyer or circular?
At this time we are unable to Price Match to online ads, weekly flyers or circulars. The item must be available for immediate purchase through the online competitor to qualify for Price Match.
The item I found is on clearance by the competitor. Will Precious Moments still Price Match?
We are unable to Price Match:
- items listed as a Clearance, Close-out, Liquidation, Special Offer (including Flash Sale, Limited Time, Limited Quantity, Minimum Quantity offers)
- any item sold as a product bundle offer (including add-on, buy one-get one or gift-with-purchase offers)
- any item sold as a service bundle offer (including shipping, store membership or other fee offers)
- any price listed as an Instant or Mail-In Rebate, rain check or finance offer
- any price which is obviously misprinted or inaccurate
- items which are out-of-stock, damaged, previously-owned
Can I request a Price Match to all retailers?
At this time Precious Moments will Price Match select online retailers and the Precious Moments Gift Shoppe only.
With the exception of the Precious Moments Gift Shoppe, located in Carthage, Missouri, we will not Price Match to retail store locations, including those with an online retail store named below.

Can I use my Share The Gift Of Love Reward Points to pay for my Price Match purchase?
Yes, Share The Gift Of Love Rewards Points may be redeemed for Price Match purchases. When completing the check-out process with the Customer Service Representative, let them know you want to redeem your Points for this purchase.

Will I earn Share The Gift Of Love Reward Points for my Price Match purchase?
Yes, Share The Gift Of Love Rewards Points are earned on the subtotal purchase amount (the actual price paid, not the original retail price.)

I live outside of the United States, in Hawaii or Alaska, can I still request a Price Match?
Yes. There are no residency restrictions for Price Match; however, you may not be able to take advantage of all special offers offered to Price Match customers.
Can I request a Price Match on a Disney Masterpiece item or other item requiring additional fees for shipping and insurance?
Yes, we may be able to complete a Price Match for items requiring additional fees for shipping and insurance, if the purchase price can be verified (see above verification requirements). Additional fees for shipping and insurance will still apply to your purchase.
Can I use a promotion, coupon or discount code to complete a purchase of a Price Match item?
Price Match may not be combined with other coupons, discounts and offers.
I want to personalize my item. Will this change the Price Match price?
If we are able to Price Match and the item is eligible for personalization, the applicable personalization fee will be added to your order subtotal.
I found a Precious Moments Hallmark Exclusive item at a lower price from a competitor. Can I request a Price Match?
Select items are created exclusively for specific retail stores and events and are not available from Precious Moments. As these items are not in-stock, we are unable to Price Match.
I purchased my item from Precious Moments but now found a lower price online. Can I request a Price Match?
We are only able to process a Price Match before the purchase is made.
I purchased a Price Match item but now need to return it. Does the Return Policy still apply?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, you can simply return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling. Please click here to learn more about the Return Policy.
