      Received the figurine with paint defects. Quality assurance is lacking somewhere in production. This was sent with a large order with poor packaging techniques and only air packs on top of a box full of figurines! There was no bubble wrap underneath or on the sides between the shipping box or between the figurine boxes. So, I have to go through the time and effort to get mistakes resolved. I have to wait for replacements after returning defective products that were gifts. Do not make a large order!
