      Ordered this figurine to be shipped to an address different from the billing address. Saw an email that item was ready to ship but noticed it was shipping to my billing address. Contacted PM by phone and was told to wait, then contact UPS even though the item had yet to actually ship. Per instructions, I later contacted UPS to have the shipment redirected to the original delivery address and was charged $50. by UPS in order for this to happen! Never again…

      A granddaughter will be celebrating her 40th birthday soon. I wanted a special gift that she can keep forever. She was given Precious Moments by her other grandma when she was a child, so I knew she would love this one. It's exactly what I was hoping for.
