So Lucky To Have A Friend Like You Brunette Figurine

First ordered late November and when I did not receive I went to check status and it said it was delivered 2 days prior. It was not. Hallmark was very helpful and did send again. While the shipped with UPS again, this item was not delivered and "the proof" shown was a very blurry picture of a street as if driving car at same time. I work from home and there was nothing in mailbox or covered porch. These packages are not delivered via ups I believe it ends up via our mail service and I tried contacting post office but that was a nightmare. This was a gift and I just wish there was another way to order where I can pick up myself at local store. I was refunded the item but not the shipping
