wife loved it, however their check out and service and follow up sucked
ordered june 9th they sent to a wrong address, after they changed my address, corrected three sepeate times and the site kept returning to wrong address, finally third time accepted correct address, called next day and verified they had it right , but then they still sent to wrong city, they agreed to replaced, but it was due on wife's birthday the first time, VERY UNHAPPY. they agreed to have personalized and ship overnight, supposed to be fixed on Thursday, overnighted to me, BUT NOT there Fri. Sat, Sun, or Monday , called monday could only leave message, they did not retur call or email, but AND ONLY AFTER THAT DID THEY SHIP IT, finally came in Tuesday. some overnight huh?
extremely unhappy with service if ife did not like their stuff , would noever order agan, looking for another company that honors their word
